As a child I started drawing from life, and figurative art has stayed with me ever since. I fell in love with tattooing during my first years of artistic training, and I have been tattooing since 2013, moving through different styles before finding my own.
My work is blackwork. I build dramatic, sharp subjects and concepts through high contrast and stippling: dark slender creatures, weapons, forms taken from medieval imagery and from organic, bio-inspired shapes.
Most of my work is freehand. I draw directly on the skin, following the lines and movement of the body, so every piece grows with its shape and belongs only to the person who wears it.
But I still love working on paper. Drawing is where the idea takes shape, and the skin is where it comes to life. That is why I am always up for custom projects, built from scratch around your idea.
I keep moving, travelling to make art, meet other artists and keep growing, wherever the work takes me.
